The Birthing of Giants Fellowship Program is designed to provide the toolbox owners of fast-growing companies need to reach their next level of success. In a one-week educational program, our CEO participants will transform into next-generation business leaders.
The one-week curriculum is the result of several rich sources of data, experience, curriculum development, and books and articles.

It’s suited to those in the B2B and B2C sectors, both services and products, manufacturing and technology, consulting and advising, government and private sector, women- and minority-owned and military veterans. Dating back to Benjamin Franklin, the first “American-style” entrepreneur, you’ve had to educate yourself in order to prepare yourself for your unique position, leading a company. Individuals who attend Birthing of Giants will gain working knowledge of ways to amplify their company’s vital resources. According to our extensive research, these four areas have the greatest impact on your success:
Each participant in the program relies upon her peers in order to have the most impactful week-long experience so our application process is designed to uncover the most ambitious and engaged among applicants. Your peers are chosen based on their history (with their company, their industry and their community) and their future plans.
The application process does not discriminate with regards to industry or company, but we do ensure that no competitors share a cohort so you can speak freely about your own company and strategy.
Participants in the program leave with a strategic plan for your company that projects out over 12 to 36 months. Your plan will address all 4 areas of success (management + leadership, sales + revenue, financial model transformation and capital market readiness) and it will allow you to bring your roadmap back to share with your team so they can help you implement the strategic plan. Some of the strategic objectives you might consider include:
The primary program is one week long. Participants live, eat and learn together during this week. It typically stretches from Sunday night (a welcome dinner) to Friday lunch. Each day is a combination of lecture, breakout groups with guest lectures from academia, thought leadership and business. The day runs from 9AM to 5PM. Group dinners are also held most of the nights

All Birthing of Giants Fellows are invited to a twice-annual Gathering of Giants held in January and June of each year. The Program is an exclusive, ongoing annual enrichment program.
Each day of the first four days are dedicated to a single amplification methodology.
The last day is dedicated to pulling your strategic plans with your peers and preparing for the next 12-36 months.
Lewis Schiff is the lead instructor, curriculum designer and manager of The Birthing of Giants Fellowship Program. He has partnered with Board of Expert co-Chair, Norm Brodsky, for years and has collaborated over the years with the other members of the Board of Experts. Board of Expert members and other thought leaders, academics and business leaders participate in the sessions all year long.
There are 3 “post-session” components to The Birthing of Giants Fellowship Program.
